Michael and his team not only found the perfect home for me and my family but also treated us as though we were their only clients. We had the difficult task of finding a home in a short period of time while search remotely from California. Michael took the time to learn what our lifestyle and needs were to ensure we chose the most suitable home and neighborhood. Michael helped my wife and I find our first home in East Cobb during the Spring/Summer of 2013. If you follow the market at all you know that buyers need all the help they can get as the good homes go quick.

I am a CPA and my wife is a math teacher - as you might expect, our home search was detailed, organized, and logical. Michael adapted his style to ours from the first meeting. I would have no qualms saying that he could help anyone, regardless of the approach they want to take in buying a home. 

I would say there were three key differentiators I have noted when talking with my friends about their agents and the general level of service provided:

(1) Michael's technical background in engineering helped us spot flooding/drainage issues at several of the homes we looked at. As first time homebuyers, in many cases we had no idea what to look for (especially during the home inspection/due diligence process). We trusted Michael and he came through. His "re-sale" rules helped us eliminate many of our prospects sight unseen. (2) Michael's agency is technologically savvy - he makes use of electronic signature technology to streamline the form signing process and a sophisticated email alert system that interfaces with the MLS to help narrow your search to the homes you actually want. (3) Michael helped us find potential prospects but never pushed anything on us - in fact, he helped us in many cases see the potential problems in buying a certain house. It is clear that he wanted us to be in a home that we were excited to move into. 

Ultimately, we got exactly what we wanted and couldn't be happier to be moving into our first home. I would not hesitate to hire Michael again at any point in the future or refer him to anyone.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Marietta, GA.
We had a small townhouse in Marietta, GA. As you know Atlanta has an abundance of townhomes to pick from. We thought we would have a problem selling our home. However, Michael and his team came in staged our home and sold it without us lifting a finger. Today's market is very tough and its a buyers market. Michael sold our townhome without us losing a dime. We were moving to another state as well. Michael also set us up with another realtor in the area we were moving to. 

Michael certainly took the stress out of selling and buying!
