Tracy's primary focus is client care and relations. Her passion is seeking to understand all of our clients on a personal level in order to assess how our 20+ years of experience, expertise and systems can best be used to both meet our client's needs and mesh with their preferred communication style. That combination results in raving reviews and very happy clients! 

Tracy also LOVES to look at houses. Her keen eye comes in very handy in previewing properties because by constantly churning the inventory, she discovers great houses for our buyer clients and makes us aware of any houses that could end up competing with one of our sellers. This consumer objectivity can be invaluable in helping our clients make offers and set List Prices.

Bernie Sotola Operations Manager

OPERATIONS MANAGER

This talented individual will manage our team office and will be the central point of contact weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Real estate, however, does not follow traditional business hours so we have an alert system for calls and emails outside of that time. Our daily rhythm involves concentrated outbound calls for feedback and marketing for our Sellers in the mornings followed by appointment slots in the afternoons. Weekends are booked by appointment with Sundays being held for rest, Open Houses and client emergencies. This role owns the creation and implementation of systems to ensure exceptional service that will keep our clients’ affairs in order during their real estate moves.

Vanessa specializes with Buyer clients in the East Cobb, Roswell, Sandy Springs and Buckhead areas. 

Vanessa proudly served in the US Army Reserves for nine years, earning her commission in 1995. She employs the same discipline and attention to details when representing her clients in real estate as she did as an Army Officer.

To stay sharp, Vanessa enjoys trail running and competing in obstacle course racing. She is also one of the very few who can say she has performed comedy stand up at The Punchline. Don't laugh, you would not believe how often these skills come into play as a Buyer's agent!

Ali specializes with Buyer clients in Smyrna, Vinings, Buckhead, Westside and Intown. As a fourth generation Atlantan, Ali has a strong background in real estate, including multifamily, commercial and residential. Her father was a builder and has owned a home inspection business in Atlanta for the past 20 years. Her extensive experience in the industry has given her a very strong understanding of the home buying process and the current Atlanta market. Ali has lived in a variety of neighborhoods in the Atlanta area including Vinings, Decatur and Dunwoody.

Whether it’s a seasoned purchaser or a first-time homebuyer, Ali takes pride in making her clients feel at ease. Her expertise in real estate has given homebuyers the confidence and education they need for an informed and calculated purchase.

Michelle’s insight and experience can be very helpful on both sides of a home sale. She has a keen eye for appeal and spaces. I know many agents feel they have a grasp of what looks best. They also tend to have stereotypical cookie cutter solutions. We feel you get the best counsel when you have a niche professional who a) is trained on how to make homes show well AND b) sees more property transformations that even the best agents. That is why we added Michelle Yackel to our team. Even though we had a stager, all stagers are not equally effective in their advice. For sellers, the key is to get your home looking its best with the absolute minimum effort and cost. Buyer's typically want to know how to make the best use of their new space.

We provide all of our Sellers with a Pre-Inspection Risk Assessment so that costly issues can be identified and quantified up front - before you even start negotiating. Once you go Under Contract, you will be under a microscope and buyers can be extremely suspicious.

Dane will provide you with a list of the items most likely to come up during a Buyer’s inspection of the property. You can then obtain repair cost estimates from trusted contractors. You will even have the luxury of obtaining second opinions if needed because there are no contractual deadlines limiting your options.

Once you are Under Contract, La’Rhett will take over the administrative logistics for your closing. Her focus will be watching the deadlines and details while Michael, Olga and Bernie handle any additional negotiations for inspections and contingencies.  One point of contact will be crucial as all the final closing and moving details are managed with the other parties involved. When it comes to following up on the other side of the transaction, the closing time and location, reviewing the HUD-1 closing statement, transferring utilities – La’Rhett is the go-to person! Actually, it even goes beyond that because La’Rhett will take care of making sure you have a copy of your HUD-1 closing statement come tax time the following April too.
